Speedlines budget range of wall access panels are simple to install and operate, yet efficient and functional. The Excel range consists of 2 No types of design to accommodate most walling systems and conditions. The Excel wall panels are constructed from 1mm thick Zintec Steel, and comprise of a fixing frame and a fully demountable door. All surfaces are fully protected with a polyester powder coating (p.p.c) of white Ral 9010 20% gloss. The door is secured by a standard buget lock, and features Exitiles quick release hinge, giving complete and unclutted access into the wall cavity. Panel Types: EX/XL/WD/SB - Metal Door with Beaded Frame: This panel is designed to fit into the structual membrane of jointless plasterboard wall systems. The frame incorporates a perforates front flange to allow for tape and jointing on site and comes complete with p.p.c flush metal door and buget lock. The EX/XL/WD/SB is inserted directly into a pre-cut hole through the face of the wall prior to wet finishes being applied. The pre-cut hole should be +5mm greater than the actual siz of the access panel e.g 600mm x 600mm panel will require a 605mm x 605mm hole. The access panel is crew-fixed through the side frame into independent bracing within the walling system. EX/XL/WD/PF - Metal Door with Picture Frame: This panel is supllied with a picture frame surround to enable it to be inserted into a pre-cut hole in any type of walling system. The pre-cut hole should be +5mm greater than the actual size of the access panel e.g 600mm x 600mm panel will require a 605mm x 605mm hole. The access panel is screw-fixed through the side frame into independant bracing within the walling system. |
